Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lavoea. We are committed to providing high-quality skincare, haircare, and personal care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is missing items or accessories (if applicable).

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging where possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Opened or used haircare products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Gift cards (if offered).

These restrictions do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Email your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit, where appropriate and agreed.

4. Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or a defective product).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For approved refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed method.
  • You may be asked to provide your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund for prepaid orders.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot usually be canceled. You may contact us if there is an issue with your order, and we will review your request in accordance with this policy and applicable law.


7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier partner to investigate.
  • If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, as applicable.

If a return is requested for any other reason and accepted, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
