At Lavoea, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand when and how an order can be canceled.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and, if applicable, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your Order Number.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Any return request will be subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.
How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, please provide the following information:

- Order Number
- Registered Email Address
- Phone Number
- Reason for Cancellation (Optional)

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order, as orders may be processed quickly.
Refund for Canceled Orders
Prepaid Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Typical processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is successfully canceled before shipment, no payment will be charged.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Cancellation requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
- The order has already been shipped.
- The order has already been delivered.
- The product has been specially arranged or customized (if applicable).
- The cancellation request does not comply with this policy.
Cancellation by Lavoea
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The product is unavailable.
- Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to a technical error.
- Payment verification fails.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- Delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- The order violates our Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel a prepaid order for any of the above reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Changes to Your Order
If your order has not yet been processed, you may contact us to request changes such as:
- Delivery address
- Contact information
- Product quantity
- Product variant (subject to availability)
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
