Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details (where available).


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Lavoea is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives:

  • Missing items

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and supporting images.

We will investigate and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, as appropriate.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations.

Lavoea reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain PIN codes, order values, or other circumstances.


Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

may be canceled.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any non-recoverable shipping or handling charges, where permitted by law.

Once an order has been shipped, changes generally cannot be made.
